Yard Resurfacing in Haddon, Peterborough

Project Details

  • Resurfaced yard
  • Private property
  • Completed in three days

Project Description

A former farmyard, this property had a concrete yard which had fallen into disrepair. To begin with, we removed the loose concrete which had been dislodged by years of harsh weather.

Next, we thoroughly cleaned the area and applied a hot bitumen polymer and clean washed aggregate, which contains granite or gravel chippings. We used golden gravel chippings as per the customer’s request, matching the shade of the surrounding buildings beautifully.

This project was tricky, as there were a number of brick-built beds dotted around the yard housing shrubbery. We had to mask off all of these areas to prevent the hot tar from marking the brickwork, as well as the footpaths surrounding the yard.
